New Product Launch! WAGO I/O System 755

23 Jun 2026

The arrival of the 755 series will bring customers four core values, comprehensively improving the performance and operational efficiency of automation systems:

100Mbps microsecond-level communication, maximizing equipment efficiency.

Cycle times as low as less than 1ms, relying on a 100Mbps backplane bus, 500 microsecond I/O refresh time, and microsecond-level digital-to-analog conversion time, achieves extremely fast transmission and feedback of command signals. Real-time data transmission significantly reduces latency, allowing for faster sampling of sensor signals such as temperature and pressure, more accurate process monitoring, and facilitating trend analysis, predictive maintenance, and quality traceability, perfectly adapting to time-sensitive application scenarios.

16-bit High-Precision Sampling for More Reliable Data:

17-All analog modules offer 16-bit precision, with input module filtering times up to 10 microseconds, accurately capturing minute changes in signals such as pressure, temperature, and position. This filtering not only removes noise and improves the signal-to-noise ratio but also reduces misjudgments and frequent actions in automated equipment, resulting in smoother system operation, reduced overshoot and oscillation, and reliable data support for parameter tuning, diagnosis, and optimization in complex operating conditions and processes.

Integrated Configuration Tools for Easier Operation:

No additional configuration tools are needed; all settings can be completed within the PLC software. Easily configure the signal type for each channel and select the appropriate filtering time. It also supports flexible enabling/disabling of channels and diagnostic functions, allowing customization of diagnostic modes such as over-limit, open-circuit, short-circuit, and overload, significantly simplifying the debugging process and saving configuration time.

Comprehensive diagnostic capabilities ensure more stable system operation.

On the hardware side, the adapter is equipped with network connectivity, bus communication, and I/O module status indicator lights. The modules themselves have built-in status indicator lights for each channel, making fault points intuitively visible and easily diagnosing module and channel problems. On the software side, it supports both standard and advanced configuration modes. PLC variables can be directly associated with module status words, enabling flexible control of channel-level diagnostic functions. Comprehensive system status monitoring and real-time anomaly feedback help maintenance personnel quickly locate and resolve faults, minimizing downtime.
